Classes

Classes are open-level, dynamic, and scaled to all ability levels. We focus on individual attention and only after the establishment of foundational standards in performance and fitness are participant specific capoeira goals considered. We find this standard to be optimal in regards to injury prevention, but most importantly, progress! All classes start on time so please show up on time to fully utilize the first ten minutes of class time to be fully prepared for class start. Personalized pointers are paramount in the development of capoeira movers. They are the guidepost for the practitioners accelerated development. This is mentioned especially for adult learners as younger learners tend to take this form of direction more easily than adults who are often harder on themselves.
